A 'hybrid' timber frame house uses both modern conventional stick framing, and wood timbers for structure. Structural timbers are exposed to display the beauty of the wood.  

With a suitable building lot, we can confirm your home desires. I will work to obtain a site plan and architectural drawings. I can then get estimates from reputable subcontractors. When building permits are obtained, we will break ground. Land clearing, site work, foundations, framing crews and roofers... Once the house has gutters and siding, my efforts will continue inside the house. This is where the magic happens. My goal is to craft a cohesively designed home that flows effortlessly. You'll get a custom kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, solid stairs, trim work, and built-in cabinets.

I am a time-and-materials builder. I will coordinate every aspect of your house build. My clients cover all costs associated with the construction of their home. My subcontractors are highly proficient and recommended. You will be able to track building expenses with an itemized construction ledger. Costs can vary greatly based on the home design, build details and furnishings. My typical client spends $500,000 or more for their house build. My goal is to hand you the house keys for occupancy within one year of breaking ground.
